Delivery and Returns
Delivery
- We collect orders as quickly as possible. It usually takes 1-2 days
- When you order express delivery, your candles will be sent on the day of the order (if the order is made before 13.00)
- We do not take responsibility if the delivery address has been input wrongly or if the delivery has been missed and the order has not been collected or delivery rearranged from the depot.
International Orders.
- We ship via Canada Post (For delivery within Canada and the US), It takes 4 to 8 business days depending on where you live and the shipping option.

Depending on the country you ship to, customs fees may apply. Please keep this in mind and contact your local authorities to estimate the possible costs depending on the value of your order. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any customs fees incurred as a result of importing goods.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your product, or no longer want it, you can return it to us for a full refund as long as:
- the item is returned within 14 days of receipt
- the item is unopened, in original packaging and in a resaleable condition
Please contact us letting us know that you want to cancel your order and return the product (we recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage). Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product. Please don’t destroy or throw away any product, even if it’s faulty, before you’ve spoken to us and agreed that doing so won't affect any refund you may be entitled to. Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product while you are responsible for it (this includes, in the context of a return, when the product is in transit back to us).
